Jeffrey B. Owens CSP, CTM, CVP, Major-Honolulu PD. Ret. is a former police Hostage Negotiator and Division Commander who worked his way up from “street-cop” to leadership in the Honolulu Police Department. After police service he opened a private detective and security business, was recruited to an executive leadership position with a multi-national firm, and founded a successful training and consulting company, Transcend Inc. through which he delivers high-quality presentations that achieve results.
